Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb with incredible views and lovely sunbeds to relax on. It was so close to amazing restaurants and the beach, which truly sold it for me. The rooms were a little dated and not as depicted in the pictures, but they were still comfortable and provided the necessary amenities. The service was mostly excellent, with the staff being helpful and accommodating. However, there was an awkward encounter with one lady who treated her colleagues poorly. The dining experience was really good, especially the fresh and delicious food offered on the 23rd floor. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is conveniently located between Ipanema and Leblon, offering a secure feeling and great views. The rooms are clean but in need of modernization, while the service is friendly and efficient. The dining options are adequate, with room for improvement in breakfast variety and Brazilian specialties. The rooftop pool and facilities are well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel rooms were not as pictured, quite outdated with old furniture and a bad mattress, although they were spacious. The service was helpful but could be friendlier. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and the beach. The dining offered a fairly varied buffet on the 23rd floor.
The hotel offers a breathtaking view of Ipanema beach and surroundings but feels damp and humid. The rooms, although clean, are in need of modernization with old-looking furniture and a dated bathroom. The service is friendly and efficient but lacks local insight. The location is excellent, just around the corner from Ipanema beach, although the pool may not be ideal for young children. The dining experience is good with fresh options, but the breakfast could have more variety. Overall, the facilities are decent but would benefit from an upgrade in certain areas.
The hotel has a great location, near the subway station and the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but show signs of wear and tear. The service was friendly overall, with some room for improvement in engagement. The dining experience offers a decent buffet spread, but lacks variety. The rooftop restaurant boasts an amazing view. The facilities are decent but could use some updating.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, being very central and close to both the mountains AND the beach. However, the room was quite dated, and the service left much to be desired with rude staff and questionable promises. The dining experience was a bit hit or miss, but the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The rooms were nice but in need of maintenance, with a lingering smoke smell causing discomfort. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some friendly staff members but also instances of unhelpfulness. The dining experience offered a decent variety but fell short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. The facilities were average, without any standout features.
Staying at this hotel is a mixed bag, with comfortable rooms and a great location, but some noise issues and the need for room restoration. The service was mostly positive, with one exception, yet the value for money is debatable. The dining experience offers a good range of options, and the facilities are decent.
The hotel is ideally located just 50m from Ipanema beach, offering easy access to cafes, bars, and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though the decor is a bit outdated. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the dining options are varied. Overall, a great value for money stay near the vibrant beach area.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice and modern, but the bathrooms were a bit old and not very clean. The service was excellent, with very helpful and accommodating staff, although the price seemed a bit high for the quality. The location was the highlight, being very close to the beach and surrounded by lots of dining options. The dining was average, with a repetitive menu but a great view from the 23rd floor.
